Highlights Location: Perth Amboy, NJ Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health Schedule: Per Diem, Evening What You'll Do Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation. Perform age and disease-specific assessments independently. Recognize clinical and diagnostic status changes in patient status. Identify patient/family education needs based on age and disease. Develop and coordinate a patient/family-focused plan of care. Communicate, coordinate, and implement the plan of care. Provide ongoing communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Implement age and disease-specific care in an organized manner. Administer medications utilizing advancements in bar-scanning technology. Evaluate progress toward attainment of patient outcomes.
