Our client is an AI-native fintech lender, currently at Series A, building financial technology for consumer-brand businesses. In roughly a year they've grown from a handful of customers to more than 200 and scaled originations from around $1M to over $200M, and they're now building an AI agent that automates a brand's finance workflows end to end. It's a small, fast-moving team where everyone works with AI tools daily.

The Role

We're helping our client hire a Marketing Growth Lead to own partner marketing end to end and coordinate paid media as the company scales its go-to-market. It's a broad seat spanning partnerships, media-buying coordination, and outreach, with direct exposure to the founding team.

What you'll be doing

• Own partner marketing workflows end to end — coordination, correspondence, and execution with large media partners across events, ads, newsletters, and email outreach
• Build and manage relationships with media partners that reach the client's customer segments
• Work alongside external ad agencies on Meta and Google Ads, staying close to performance and campaign strategy
• Help stand up new marketing programs as the company expands its product and enters new segments
• Use AI tools as a core, daily part of how you work

Tools: Meta Ads, Google Ads, everyday AI tooling

Requirements

• At least 3 years in marketing, with genuine hands-on ownership of programs (not support or coordination only)
• Background at a scaled fintech or a strong, well-branded tech company
• Working familiarity with Meta Ads and Google Ads — enough to stay on top of agency-run campaigns and shape strategy
• A true AI-native operator who already builds AI tools into daily work
• Able to work on-site in Midtown Manhattan five days a week

Nice to Haves

• Direct fintech industry experience or solid familiarity with the fintech ecosystem
• Experience at a top-tier operator in the space (e.g. a category-leading spend-management or payments company)
• Prior founder or early-stage operator background
