Physical Therapist

Role: A dedicated Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, reduce pain, and restore function. Key Responsibilities Assess patients and create personalized therapy plans. Deliver skilled treatments using evidence-based techniques. Monitor progress and adjust treatments accordingly. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and assistive device use. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize outcomes. Complete accurate documentation and participate in discharge planning. Mentor support staff and students, engage in quality improvement, and ensure compliance with regulations. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred). Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the relevant state. CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain. One to two years of clinical experience preferred; new graduates encouraged. Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work effectively within a team and deliver compassionate care.
