ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in Rochester, New York. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 09/28/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Electrophysiology Monitoring Technician Schedule Primarily days with some late night (evenings) and on-call as per unit needs. Options for either 4x10 or 3x12 hour shifts are available. Job Description The Electrophysiology Monitoring Technician will provide assistance to the Electrophysiologist during EP studies, ablations, and cardiac implants. Ideal candidates will have experience in cardiac implant or structural heart scrub, as well as familiarity with GE (MacLab & CardioLab) systems. Responsibilities include assisting in the setup of multiple mapping systems, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available, and facilitating timely patient care through effective communication and coordination with in-room staff and third-party vendors. Responsibilities Assist during electrophysiology studies, including RF and cryo ablations. Support in the implantation of devices such as pacemakers, ICDs, and subcutaneous ICDs. Utilize GE (MacLab & CardioLab) systems for pacing monoverses and measurements. Document procedures using Epic, coordinating room turnover and starts. Communicate effectively with the Electrophysiologist and the healthcare team. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure 2 years of experience in a related role. RCES or Radiologic Tech license required. Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required. Experience with bloom stimulators and mapping systems preferred but not required.
