Director of Rehab

Stellar Senior Living is seeking a Director of Rehab to lead therapy services in our resident-first senior living community. In this on-site leadership role, you will oversee PT, OT, and SLP teams, ensuring high-quality, personalized rehab programs that support independence, safety, and quality of life for seniors. Responsibilities include clinical oversight, care planning, staff supervision, scheduling, documentation, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate closely with nursing, physicians, residents, and families while promoting a compassionate, homelike environment.
