Corporate Recruiter HR (Talent) Garland, Texas Contract To Hire May 28, 2026 Overview ExecuSource is seeking a high-volume Corporate Recruiter to support a fast-growing organization with nationwide hiring initiatives. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, with the first 30 days working on a contract basis. The ideal candidate is experienced managing full-cycle recruiting efforts across technical, sales, management, and corporate roles in a fast-paced environment. Pay Rate $38/hr - $43/hr during the contract period $80,000 - $90,000 annually upon conversion Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake meetings through offer acceptance Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and recruiting strategies Create, post, and maintain job openings across multiple platforms Source, screen, schedule, and manage candidates throughout the interview process Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines for high-volume hiring needs Recruit for technical, sales, management, and corporate positions Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing tools to identify talent Maintain applicant tracking systems and generate recruiting reports as needed Present compensation, benefits, and company culture information to candidates Prepare offer letters and initiate background checks and drug screenings Support employer branding initiatives and promote the company as an employer of choice Assist with additional recruiting projects and team initiatives as needed Qualifications 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience 1+ year of high-volume recruiting experience Experience recruiting for technical, sales, and management roles Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and within a team environment Process-oriented with a strong sense of urgency Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field preferred Experience sourcing and hiring Military Veterans preferred Benefits Upon Conversion Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Company-Paid Life Insurance Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance Paid Holidays Generous PTO 401(k) with Company Match Employee Referral Bonus Tuition Reimbursement Professional development and certification support #J-18808-Ljbffr
