HVAC Service Technician

Compensation, Schedule & Perks Pay: Experience-based wage of $24.00 - $35.00/hour with a $1,000 signing bonus for applicants with 3+ years of experience; performance pay based on services sold. Schedule: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Equipment & Support: Company phone, tablet, truck, uniform, and gas card. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential and light-commercial heating and air-conditioning systems. Perform maintenance services to keep equipment in peak operational order. Provide respectful and professional customer service; communicate clear findings and options. Work independently and with a team to complete high-quality work; meet appointment timelines. Qualifications 1+ years of service experience with residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems Trade school and EPA certifications Ability to meet the physical demands of the position and work in various weather conditions Ability to show up to service appointments on time and complete high-quality work independently and with a team Familiarity with power tools and industry regulations High school degree or equivalent Valid driver’s license and good driving record Apply Ready to work for employers who will respect you and treat you well?
