Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis

SHR Talent is partnering with a healthcare services organization in Nashville, TN in its search for a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis. The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis is a high-impact opportunity to step into a visible role supporting executive leadership, reporting directly to senior leadership, and helping drive financial insights across a growing platform. The team is seeking a technically strong, data-driven finance professional who can bring energy, ownership, and analytical rigor to the function. The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis. position offers a hybrid schedule and includes oversight of a team, with the ability to influence financial strategy, reporting, and decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities Lead financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning Deliver actionable insights through financial modeling and data analysis Build and enhance reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools Perform variance analysis and communicate key business drivers to leadership Partner cross-functionally to support strategic and operational decisions Analyze large data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Manage and develop team members within the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function Identify and implement process improvements across reporting and planning cycles Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA), a plus 5 – 8+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or related field Blend of public accounting and industry experience, strongly preferred Strong technical skill set with data analysis tools and financial systems Advanced Excel skills, required Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau, preferred Proven ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights Prior experience managing or mentoring team members, preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr SHR Talent
