Electrical Crew LeadLoureiro Engineering Associates is seeking an Electrical Crew Lead to support electrical installation and troubleshooting projects in industrial environments from our Plainville, CT office. This role provides hands-on involvement in a wide range of electrical, controls, and fabrication projects, offering the opportunity to work across multiple service areas within our operating divisions.In this position, you will lead and perform field installations, including electrical and control wiring, panel fabrication, machine guarding installation, troubleshooting, and system integration. You will also oversee a crew of up to four technicians, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.At Loureiro, you won't just work for the company - you'll own a part of it.
