Recruiting, Development, and Retention Manager

Silverstar Car Wash

Silverstar Car Wash seeks a Recruiting, Development, and Retention Manager to build and grow high-performing teams across our fast-paced locations. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and leadership positions, design and enhance onboarding and training programs, and implement retention strategies that support our customer-focused culture. You will partner closely with operations leaders to forecast staffing needs, track key HR metrics, and drive initiatives that strengthen engagement, internal promotion, and long-term career growth for team members. This position blends hands-on field support with strategic program development in a growing, people-first company.
