Commercial Account Manager

Job Description This established restoration company is looking for a driven Commercial Business Development Manager to join its growing team. They are seeking a relationship-focused sales professional who can build strong partnerships with commercial property owners, facility managers, property managers, insurance professionals, and referral partners. Info/Requirements B2B sales, account management, business development, or relationship-driven sales experience. Proven ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships. Strong communication, presentation, networking, and organizational skills. Comfortable meeting with business owners, executives, facility managers, and other decision-makers. Self-motivated, organized, and strong with follow-through. CRM and sales tracking experience preferred. Restoration, construction, insurance, property management, or facility services experience is a plus. Knowledge of water, fire, storm, and property damage restoration is beneficial. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Job Overview Build and manage relationships with commercial property owners, facility managers, property managers, insurance professionals, and referral partners. Educate clients on emergency response planning, disaster preparedness, and restoration solutions. Conduct regular client visits and attend networking and industry events. Identify and pursue commercial opportunities involving water, fire, storm, and emergency response services. Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and referral partners. Deliver presentations and communicate the company's capabilities to decision-makers. Partner with Restoration, Reconstruction, Estimating, and Leadership teams to ensure strong customer outcomes. Position the company as the first call when commercial losses occur. Drive growth through relationship development rather than transactional sales.
