Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM–1:30 PM

Micone Staffing Resources is hiring Warehouse Associates for an early morning shift at a busy Reno distribution facility. You'll start at 5:00 AM and finish at 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday — leaving your afternoons and weekends open.

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for dependable people who enjoy staying active, working with a team, and getting an early start on the day.

What You'll Do

• Pick and pull customer orders accurately

• Use handheld RF scanners to locate and track merchandise

• Package, label, palletize, and prepare products for shipment

• Move merchandise throughout warehouse locations

• Load and unload products safely

• Operate manual or powered pallet jacks as assigned

• Replenish inventory and maintain organized storage areas

• Assist with inventory counts and accuracy checks

• Meet productivity, quality, and order accuracy expectations

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow all warehouse procedures and safety requirements

• Support other warehouse functions as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, distribution, picking, packing, or fulfillment experience preferred

• RF scanner experience preferred

• Pallet jack experience is a plus

• Ability to repeatedly lift and move up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and remain physically active throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail

• Basic computer skills

• Reliable transportation

• Dependable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to consistently report to work by 5:00 AM

• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
