The trainee will work closely with the Food & Beverage Management team across dining outlets and room service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations while delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Key Accountabilities Gain first-hand experience doing a rotational training, providing personalized and gracious service in the The Pen Top Bar, Clement Restaurant & Bar, Gotham Lounge and In Room Dining. Work closely with the Food & Beverage management team to perform pre and after-service procedures as per Peninsula standards. Understand and accurately deliver the defined sequence of service. Ensure consistency of the Food & Beverage service and food offerings. General Requirements Recent graduate from an accredited Hotel Management program. Excellent organizational and communications skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate appropriate prioritization skills. Strong leadership and motivational skills.
