Responsibilities
- Perform occupational therapy evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans to restore and improve physical, social, and cognitive functions
- Deliver OT interventions using standard protocols; monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
- Co-lead interdisciplinary patient groups and participate in care coordination with other disciplines
- Create and communicate individualized care and discharge plans; ensure documentation is accurate and timely
- Supervise assigned OT assistants and document supervision as required
- Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation in the designated electronic health record

Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD)
- License: Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of practice (California) required
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification from an approved vendor required
- Experience: At least one year of inpatient/acute care OT experience; two years of OT experience preferred
- EMR: Epic EMR experience required
- Additional: Ability to work in an inpatient acute care setting; weekend rotation required
- Vaccinations: As required by organizational policy; medical and religious exemptions may apply
