This role conducts quality audits, communicates results to production teams, supports compliance initiatives, and participates in continuous improvement and problem-solving activities. Key Responsibilities Perform laboratory and quality control testing Evaluate raw materials and finished products Support U.S. TTB compliance requirements Conduct quality audits and document results Provide feedback to frontline team members Participate in continuous improvement initiatives Maintain accurate records and reports Required Qualifications Minimum age of 21 Associate degree in Chemistry or a related field 1-3 years of laboratory, quality control, or related experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong organizational and planning skills Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Experience in the alcohol beverage industry Physical Requirements Lift and move up to 50 lbs. without assistance Ability to distinguish colors, flavors, and odors Work in environments with fumes or airborne particles Ability to work 8-hour shifts and overtime as needed Strong attention to detail Reliable in-person attendance #J-18808-Ljbffr Westaff
