Cephalgo is seeking a Business Developer with proven cybersecurity or compliance industry experience to accelerate customer acquisition and strategic partnerships. You will focus on enterprise clients and regulated sectors.
What You'll Do
- Identify and qualify prospects in cybersecurity, compliance, telecom, finance, and regulated industries.
- Conduct outreach campaigns and build relationships with security and compliance leaders.
- Run discovery sessions, demos, proposals, and negotiations.
- Build partnerships with integrators, resellers, and ecosystem players.
- Represent the company at cybersecurity and compliance events.
- Provide structured feedback to product and marketing teams.
- Track KPIs like conversion rates, sales pipeline health, and forecasting.
You Might Be a Fit If You Have
Experience
- 2–5 years in B2B business development or sales.
- Mandatory: Experience selling into cybersecurity, compliance, or information-security markets.
- Experience working with enterprise clients.
Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable discussing technical and compliance-related problems.
- Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).
Soft Skills
- Highly proactive, strong relationship builder.
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and building new markets.
