Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor‘s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Wisconsin state physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing, assisted living, or outpatient settings preferred. Experience with NetHealth documentation system preferred. Preferred Qualifications Previous travel therapy experience preferred. Experience treating geriatric caseloads preferred.
