$40,000 - $42,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the front desk team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes that align with our high standards.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy, enhancing guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Implement and maintain front office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency.
• Monitor and manage room inventory, optimizing occupancy and revenue opportunities for the hotel.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, ideally in front office management.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Strong organizational skills to manage daily operations and ensure efficient processes.
• Excellent communication skills to address guest inquiries and coordinate with other departments.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and systems for room inventory and revenue optimization.
• Ability to implement and maintain policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency across the board.
