Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality
• Adaptable and patient, willing to respond to changing classroom needs
• Team-player mindset with the capacity to follow directions and work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education a plus)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to teachers by assisting with classroom management and instructional activities
• Help individual students or small groups understand lessons, complete assignments, and stay engaged
• Assist with supervising students in various settings, including classroom, playground, and arrival/dismissal times
• Foster an organized, safe, and supportive learning atmosphere
• Support students with special needs or learning differences under the direction of certified staff
• Communicate observations and student progress to lead teachers or school staff as needed
