Experience 3–5 years in management, preferably in a restaurant setting. Hours Ability to work a 47.5 to 50-hour week, including flexible hours as scheduled. Skills & Abilities Basic computer skills. Financial and analytical skills, including budgeting and P&L management. Organizational and time management skills. Team building and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Physical Abilities Work long hours and stand for extended periods. Work around heat and in close quarters. Lift 50–75 pounds comfortably. Work with cleaning products.
