This role owns end‑to‑end management of all PRS sales materials, non-sterile samples and tradeshow booth kits, ensuring client shows up to every meeting, congress, and event flawlessly prepared. This is an ideal role for a highly organized, proactive, resourceful administrative professional who loves ownership, problem‑solving, and being trusted with real responsibility. You won’t just support the team—you will run a critical function that enables commercial success, field engagement, and brand excellence. This role reports to the Associate Director, Global Marketing, and works closely with Marketing, Sales, Professional Education, and external vendors. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Tradeshow & Booth Kit Ownership (Primary Focus) You will be the single point of ownership for PRS tradeshow logistics, responsible for the full lifecycle of booth kits and materials, including: Creating, organizing, labeling, and maintaining all PRS tradeshow booth kits Ordering, assembling, resetting, and replenishing booth kits after each event Coordinating and communicating shipping, tracking, delivery timelines, and return logistics Ensuring booths are fully conference‑ready: correct assets, condition, quantities, and branding Maintaining inventory accuracy and storage organization Proactively identifying gaps, risks, or improvements and fixing them before they become issues This role ensures client PRS always shows up prepared, professional, and on brand.
