Quick Facts Location: 2450 South Telshor Boulevard, Las Cruces, NM 88011 Start Date: 08/06/2026 Duration: Open (multiple dates available between September and November 2026, and into 2027) Shift: M-F hybrid coverage (10a-12p clinic / 1p-3p clinic or inpatient) + inpatient coverage on weekends Hours/week: 40-50 hours (based on shift mix) Employment Type: Contract (W-2) License/Certs: Active Urology Certification required Experience: Prior urology PA experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $1.00/hour (note: exact pay package to be discussed upon application) Pay Package includes: Weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, paid sick leave, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements, and other applicable reimbursements Additional Benefits: Robust referral bonus program, 24/7 dedicated support team, flexible scheduling What You ll Do Provide clinic and inpatient urology care to adult patients, specializing in outpatient consults and inpatient management Conduct 5-10 phone consultations daily with support from local urologists, nurses, techs, and hospitalists Participate in scheduled clinic hours and inpatient call coverage, including weekends as needed Support hospital rounds and manage active consults for adult patient population Collaborate with hospital staff and support teams to ensure smooth patient care transitions What You Need Valid Urology Physician Assistant certification and licensure in New Mexico or eligible to obtain Prior urology experience strongly preferred Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care skills Ability to handle inpatient and outpatient responsibilities confidently About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Las Cruces, New Mexico, committed to delivering high-quality urological care.
