About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Support & Service Technician to join our team. This role provides daily customer support, manages warranty and service requests, and ensures accurate communication between customers, service partners, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable handling both technical and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily phone support for all company products.
• Participate in after-hours and holiday phone support rotations.
• Prepare warranty and service quotes, convert them into orders, and arrange shipping.
• Deliver phone support for Hybrid Control Gate & Track signs.
• Schedule warranty work with sign companies and communicate status updates.
• Assist with FedEx label creation as a backup when needed.
• Conduct quality control checks on outgoing warehouse shipments.
• Complete other duties or special projects as assigned by the Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, technical support, or service coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with shipping processes and basic logistics is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
