Description Join our team in a full‑time capacity to oversee financial operations for commercial real estate development projects. Title : Asst Controller, Development Location : Charlotte, NC Position Type : Full Time Compensation Pay Range: $110,000-$125,000 Per Year Key Responsibilities Oversee accounting and financial reporting for development projects. Manage budgets, job cost tracking, and construction draws. Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses. Coordinate debt funding requests and maintain lender relationships. Develop and improve accounting SOPs and financial controls. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5 years of experience in real estate development or construction finance. Strong understanding of development accounting and financial modeling. Experience with commercial retail or mixed-use developments preferred. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
