$65,000 GUARANTEED BASE/DRAW | $100,000–$250,000+ EARNING POTENTIAL

DRP Truck & Equipment is expanding and looking for a driven Outside Sales Account Manager to develop new business throughout North and Northeastern Ohio.

COMPENSATION BUILT FOR HIGH-PERFORMING SALESPEOPLE
This position provides a guaranteed $65,000 annual salary/draw, paid biweekly, providing dependable income while you establish and grow your territory.
Variable commissions are earned on qualifying equipment sales and rentals and are initially applied against the $65,000 annual draw.
Once earned commissions exceed the $65,000 draw threshold, additional commissions are paid on top of your continuing biweekly salary.
Your salary does not disappear once the draw is met.
There is NO CAP ON COMMISSION OR EARNING POTENTIAL.
For the right salesperson who develops a strong territory and consistently generates business, this position has the potential to produce $100,000–$250,000+ in annual compensation.

THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a field-driven sales position focused on developing new business, building relationships and growing a territory.
We’re not looking for someone to sit behind a desk and wait for leads. We’re looking for someone who wants to be in front of customers—visiting jobsites, contractor offices, quarries, industrial facilities and municipalities.
You’ll have the opportunity to develop business throughout construction, excavation, aggregate, industrial, energy, trucking, utility and municipal markets.
DRP provides the equipment, resources, inventory and operational support.
You bring the drive to develop the business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
•Prospect and develop new customers throughout your territory.
•Build your own long-term book of business.
•Grow existing DRP customer relationships.
•Visit customers, contractors and jobsites regularly.
•Identify upcoming projects and equipment needs.
•Sell and rent heavy equipment, compact equipment, attachments and specialty equipment.
•Represent Hyundai Construction Equipment, Ammann Compaction and additional DRP product lines.
•Quote and close equipment sales and rental opportunities.
•Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM.
•Consistently follow up on quotes, leads and opportunities.
•Work directly with DRP’s rental, service, parts, transportation and administrative teams.
•Participate in customer events, trade shows, OEM events and factory training.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone who wants to build a serious book of business and be rewarded for production.
Ideal candidates will have:
•2+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
•Proven ability to prospect and develop new accounts.
•Heavy equipment, commercial truck, construction, industrial, aggregate or rental experience preferred.
•Strong relationship-building and closing skills.
•Comfortable cold calling and walking into new businesses.
•Comfortable using CRM, email, texting, smartphones and modern sales technology.
•Ability to independently manage a geographic territory.
•Strong organization, follow-through and sense of urgency.
•Valid driver’s license.
•Willingness to travel locally throughout the territory.

TERRITORY
DRP is actively expanding sales coverage throughout North and Northeastern Ohio, including:
Stark • Tuscarawas • Carroll • Columbiana • Holmes • Coshocton • Wayne and surrounding counties
Territories can be structured around the right candidate and their existing customer relationships.
This is an expansion position—not a replacement position.
