Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a Hotel Operations Manager to join the leadership team at our premier, Forbes Four-Star luxury all-suite hotel in Oneida County, NY . In this role, you will lead a dedicated front office team, mentor staff to deliver personalized service, and uphold 5-Star hospitality standards Compensation: Commensurate with experience+ bonus, full benefits and relocation paid, PTO, world-class dining and entertainment discounts, and more! Key Responsibilities: Lead & Mentor: Train and hold teams accountable to Forbes service and image standards. Operations: Manage daily front desk/services tasks, scheduling, labor costs, and property management systems (LMS, HotSos). Financials: Adjust selling strategies to maximize occupancy, manage expenses, and prepare 10/30-day forecasts and budgets.
