Surgical Services - Perioperative Assistant

Surgical Process Technician assignment at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus for a 26-week contract working mid/second shift hours from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. This role supports the surgical department by ensuring surgical instruments, supplies, and procedural areas are properly prepared and maintained for patient care activities. The position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining safety and infection control standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant healthcare or surgical support experience
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• BLS certification required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced procedural environment
• Ability to maintain organization and attention to detail
• One supervisory reference required at submission
• All certifications must be active and in hand at submission
