Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning

- Supervise and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service

- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandising to optimize sales and reduce waste

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, especially in food service areas

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to promote customer loyalty

- Support staff training and development to foster a positive and productive work environment

- Assist in implementing promotional activities and store initiatives to increase sales

- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management review

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in retail, food service, or convenience store management preferred

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

- Knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems

- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to food handling

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional management training is a plus
