Weekly pay: $1,648–$1,701 per week | Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
Setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital; Med/Surg with telemetry

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to an assigned group of Med/Surg patients following the nursing process.
- Gather and analyze patient data; develop and implement care plans; evaluate progress toward outcomes.
- Administer medications, monitor responses, and manage potential adverse effects.
- Monitor telemetry, identify rhythm disturbances, and coordinate rapid response when needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other team members; participate in discharge planning and patient education.
- Delegate tasks appropriately, supervise nursing staff as assigned, and maintain a safe, healing environment.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice (California)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
- 2+ years of recent acute care experience; Med/Surg and telemetry experience preferred
- Education: BSN preferred
- Ability to work night shifts on a fast-paced MS/Tele unit
