responsibilities:

• Plan site engineering activities and conduct daily inspections to ensure installation, assembly, and commissioning comply with engineering drawings and safety standards.

• Serve as the primary field representative, managing subcontractors, trade labor, and multi-discipline teams to keep projects on schedule.

• Lead onsite documentation, including safety walkdowns (LOTO and PPE compliance), checklists, punch lists, and project risk reporting.

• Provide hands-on troubleshooting for electrical (ATS, UPS, switchgear) and basic mechanical/controls systems.

• Drive formal project acceptance and contract close-out activities to secure final customer sign-off on time and within budget.
