Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. In this on-site role, you’ll implement PT treatment plans, deliver therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions to improve safety, independence, and quality of life. You’ll document progress in EMR systems, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families.
