Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality therapy services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will carry out individualized treatment plans, assist with balance, mobility, and strengthening programs, and document patient progress. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and help promote safety and functional independence.
