Temporary Administrative Assistant

A highly regarded global financial services organization is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join its Boston office on a temp-to-possibly permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career administrative professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment while working closely with senior leadership.
The Boston office offers a collaborative and close-knit team atmosphere with strong mentorship opportunities and direct exposure to experienced executives. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, dependable, and eager to learn.
This role starts asap and will have the potential to convert to perm if the right fit.
Hours: 8am – 5pm
*Fully onsite
Location: Boston, MA
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to two senior executives
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Assist with general office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle correspondence and communication through Outlook and other Microsoft Office tools
- Support day-to-day office functions to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate logistics and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions
Qualifications
- Prior administrative or Executive Assistant experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong customer service mindset
- Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
