Are you an experienced restaurant leader looking for your next opportunity? Chicken Salad Chick in South Tampa is seeking a motivated, hands-on General Manager to lead our restaurant, develop a strong team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest service, food quality, and cleanliness.

  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing restaurant team.

  • Manage staffing, scheduling, labor costs, inventory, and overall restaurant performance.

  • Drive sales growth while maintaining operational efficiency and controlling expenses.

  • Create a positive, supportive workplace that encourages employee engagement and retention.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and applicable regulations.

  • Monitor restaurant performance and implement improvements to achieve business goals.

  • Oversee cash handling, reporting, equipment maintenance, and restaurant operations.

  • Support local marketing and promotional initiatives to increase guest engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years of restaurant General Manager experience.

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

  • Experience managing restaurant operations, labor, inventory, and costs.

  • Ability to motivate employees and deliver outstanding customer service.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • A hands-on leadership style and commitment to operational excellence.
