Are you passionate about food and love the idea of working in a fun, hands-on environment? Well Done Cooking Classes is looking for a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join our team! We’re a cooking school that combines education and entertainment, offering unforgettable cooking experiences for food enthusiasts, home chefs, and anyone who loves to learn and have fun in the kitchen.
What You’ll Be DoingAs a Kitchen Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our cooking classes run smoothly and our guests have an amazing experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Prepping ingredients and setting up cooking stations before classes.
- Assisting instructors during classes to keep things running seamlessly.
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and tools.
- Ensuring the kitchen is spotless and organized before and after each session.
- Supporting the team with any additional tasks to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our guests.
We’re searching for someone ready to roll up their sleeves and bring their energy to our kitchen. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or similar environment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
- Skills: A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
- Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy helping others.
