Hill Country Vacation Rental Operations Manager

Emerald Stay is seeking a Property Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a Hill Country short-term rental portfolio in Texas. The role requires coordinating housekeeping, maintenance, inventory, and guest experiences while working with fellow Property Managers across regions. The position is full-time, on-site, with on-call rotation and occasional evenings/weekends.
