Company Description Vision Maintenance Group (VMGFM) provides comprehensive facilities management and exterior services for multi-site retail, commercial, and national property portfolios across the United States. The company maintains client sites year-round through landscaping, snow and ice management, parking lot repair, line striping, pressure washing, and exterior maintenance to keep locations safe, presentable, and brand-ready. VMGFM also integrates trade services—including electrical, plumbing, handyman services, locksmith, signage, lighting, and general repairs—into structured facility programs that streamline operations. By offering centralized oversight, vendor alignment, and performance-focused execution, VMGFM reduces vendor fragmentation, protects uptime, and enhances curb appeal for portfolios of 25 or more locations. Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Account Manager role based in Hammonton, NJ, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client portfolios, building strong relationships and ensuring consistent service delivery across multiple locations. Daily responsibilities include overseeing work orders, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, monitoring service performance, and resolving issues to maintain safety, quality, and brand standards. The role involves reviewing reports and metrics, identifying opportunities to optimize programs and reduce operational complexity, and communicating status updates, timelines, and recommendations to clients. The Account Manager will also support contract adherence, assist with pricing and proposals, and contribute to continuous improvement of VMGFM’s service offerings. Qualifications Client relationship and account management skills, including experience serving as a main point of contact for multi-site or commercial clients. Operations and coordination skills, such as managing work orders, scheduling services, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams. Analytical and organizational skills, including the ability to interpret performance data, track KPIs, and prioritize tasks across multiple locations. Communication and interpersonal skills, with strong professional writing, clear verbal communication, and effective stakeholder management. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on resolving service issues, protecting uptime, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Proficiency with common business software (e.g., CRM systems, work order platforms, Microsoft Office) and comfort working in a hybrid office/remote environment. Previous experience in facilities management, property services, retail or commercial portfolios, or related industries is preferred. High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, facilities management, or a related field is a plus.
