Job Opportunity: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

Southern Dental Associates supported by Smile Brands is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team in Stafford! Schedule (days/hours)

E.O. Monday 9-5p, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9-5pm, Thursday 11-7pm, E.O. Saturday 9-1pm

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures
• Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments
• Take X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
• Support smooth patient flow and provider efficiency
• Educate patients and help create a comfortable office experience
• Work collaboratively with clinical and front office teams
• Travel between supported office locations as needed

Qualifications

• TX RDA license
• CPR
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for creating a welcoming and comfortable patient experience

Compensation

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
