Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Monitor in NASHVILLE, TN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location supporting a professional football organization, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, while reporting unusual conditions or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity across the location to help support authorized entry and help to deter unauthorized activity, trespassing, and/or policy violations.
• Support day-to-day operations at a high-traffic commercial location by providing directions, answering questions, and reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or incidents according to site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
