$80,000 - $105,000

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential clients and secure listings.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to provide clients with accurate property valuations and insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate and manage property showings, open houses, and client meetings to facilitate successful transactions.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices for continuous improvement.
• Utilize advanced technology tools to streamline processes and enhance client communication and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Show good organizational and time management skills.

• Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently.

• Past sales experience is preferred.

• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies.

• Great communication and social skills.
