Responsibilities: Guide sellers through every step of the real estate transaction — from first conversation to closing day. Prospect and follow up with leads provided by Homestead & Co, as well as cultivate your own sphere of influence. Conduct property showings, listing presentations, and comparative market analyses (CMAs). Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of your clients with confidence and care. Stay current on Oklahoma City metro market trends, neighborhood data, and MLS activity. Collaborate with our in-house team — coordinators, marketing, and leadership — to deliver a seamless client experience. Maintain accurate records and communicate proactively with all parties throughout a transaction. Qualifications: Show good organizational and time management skills Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently Past sales experience is preferred Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Great communication and social skills Compensation: $80,000 - $105,000

Compensation:
$80,000-$105,000 per year
