Client Service Associate

Job Overview Our client, an independent wealth management firm, is seeking a Client Service Associate to support advisors and provide daily administrative and operational support. This role plays a central part in account administration, transaction processing, and maintaining accurate client records across multiple financial systems. Job Details Location: Acton, MA Work Model: In office Degree: Not Required Responsibilities Support new account openings and ongoing account maintenance across brokerage, advisory, retirement, and trust accounts. Prepare and submit custodial documentation while ensuring compliance and accuracy. Coordinate transfers, beneficiary updates, and money movement requests. Process client contributions and distributions and track transactions through completion. Maintain accurate client data within CRM and financial planning systems. Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and urgency. Prepare administrative materials for client meetings and support follow‑up implementation. Communicate financial concepts to clients accurately. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or investment services environments, ideally supporting or directly managing client relationships. Strong understanding of core retirement and investment products including IRAs, Roth IRAs, and 401(k) plans. Hands‑on experience with CRM, custodial, or financial planning platforms. Strong attention to detail and process discipline. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, operational role. Clear and professional verbal communication skills. Comfort working in a small, team‑oriented office environment.
