The world can’t wait.You Have: Experience operating within a Tactical Air Operations Center (TAOC) to direct aircraft and air-defense assets, integrate intelligence for targeting, prosecute deep air support missions, and identify and classify aircraftExperience with emerging aviation capabilities such as aviation C2, MAGTF aviation integration, Link-16, MUM-T, and kill websExperience evaluating Marine aviation command and control personnel in the employment of the Marine Air Command and Control System (MACCS) for aviation operations in support of the Marine Air Ground Task ForceExperience analyzing and implementing fire control procedures to provide accurate deployment of missiles and fire support systemsExperience with Operational aviationExperience with MAWTS-1, ACEs, MALS, MAGs, or fleet aviation unitsKnowledge of current Marine Corps aviation concepts, TTPs, modernization efforts and kill web architectureAbility to apply fixed‑wing sensor management, radar integration, and weapons‑employment principles to generate accurate 3D battlespace awareness and support coordinated air‑and‑surface track operationsTS/SCI clearanceBachelor's degreeNice If You Have: 12+ years of experience planning, organizing, and directing tactical air operations, managed radar networks, and integrated surface and airborne fires within the Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) or joint force5+ years of experience in working with senior executive-level officials2+ years of experience in a joint or Service Headquarters organizationPossession of excellent research, analytic, and writing skillsGraduate of the Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron One (MAWTS-1) Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI) course, the U.S. Navy Strike Fighter Tactics Instructor Program (TOPGUN), or USAF Weapons SchoolClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
