Dual Rate Supervisor - Full Time (Flamingo LV)

Job Description The Dual Rate Supervisor supervises the operations of several table games on an assigned shift, placing special emphasis on guest service, security of Caesars Entertainment assets and positive employee motivation and coaching. Games needed: Blackjack, Roulette, Craps/Dice, Baccarat, and/or Pai Gow. Responsibilities Operating several table games on an assigned shift. Working knowledge of all table games, house rules, counting methods and procedures covering each, ensuring that all coin and check racks are filled at all times. Settles disputes that arise from guests in the Table Games area, referring those that are exceedingly difficult to the Casino Manager, Table Games, or Director of Table Games. Assures guest development by interacting, modeling interactive skills with guests and fellow employees, and making company decisions. Remains alert to any unusual or questionable activities displayed by Table Games employees or gaming guests and reports any situations to an assigned superior. Observes problems or differences between Table Games employees and gaming guests and provides assistance if necessary. Recommends changes in the department, including hiring, promotion, demotion, and termination; recommends wage and salary changes for personnel within established limits. Counsels, guides, coaches and instructs assigned personnel in the proper performance of their duties. Prepares and coordinates the periodical performance review of assigned personnel. Qualifications Effective communication in English, both verbal and written, in a professional manner. Neat and professional appearance. Minimum age of 21. Ability to perform basic math functions. Flexibility to work various shifts. Minimum of 2 years pit operation experience (preferred). Knowledge of casino rules, regulations, and procedures pertinent to pit operations. Prior professional cleaning experience preferred. Cards needed: Alcohol NV and Gaming License, NV. Additional Requirements Ability to respond calmly in a demanding environment, managing multiple tasks under time constraints. Good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards and money. Excellent vision (including peripheral) to protect the games. Tolerance of secondhand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust. Physical ability to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items. Physical ability to walk and be on foot for extended periods of time.
