We’re looking for a meticulous Entry-Level Healthcare Quality Assurance Assistant to join New Paradigm Staffing , supporting teams focused on improving healthcare documentation and processes.

What You’ll Do

Review documentation for completeness and accuracy
Assist with data collection for quality improvement projects
Track compliance metrics and prepare basic reports
Communicate with teams about missing or incorrect data
Ensure privacy and regulatory standards are followed
