Your Role

As a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator, you will oversee the daily flow of incoming and outgoing materials while maintaining accurate inventory and shipping records. This role works closely with Manufacturing and Quality to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time while supporting production reporting and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments using the company ERP/business system
• Coordinate shipments through appropriate carriers and shipping methods
• Monitor shipping backlog to ensure on-time customer deliveries
• Receive materials and maintain accurate inventory records
• Compile and enter production data into company databases
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and maintain accurate documentation
• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries
• Partner with Manufacturing and Quality to support production schedules
• Maintain organized shipping records and work area

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong computer skills including ERP/business systems, Microsoft Excel, and Word
• Inventory control and materials management experience
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience maintaining quality standards and inventory accuracy
• Experience with JobBoss 2 (JB2) is a strong plus

The base salary for this position is up to up to $23 per hour excluding benefits, bonuses or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
