Litigation Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney in Tulsa, OK. The successful candidate will collaborate with a team of litigation attorneys to address complex legal and logistical challenges. This role supports the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma location and requires a commitment to client service. Duties Manage plaintiff personal injury caseloads from claim process through litigation and trial. Interact and negotiate with insurance companies and defense counsel. Communicate and maintain positive client relationships. Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and settlement agreements. Conduct and defend depositions. Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and jury trials. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Requirements Active license to practice law in Oklahoma. At least 1 year of personal injury litigation experience. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Oklahoma. Skills Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
