Business Development Executive – Recruitment Sales
FenixHire – National Recruitment Division Remote | U.S. | Commission-Only Opportunity
About the Role
FenixHire is expanding rapidly across multiple industries, and we’re seeking a Business Development Executive (Recruitment Sales) to drive national growth. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives on prospecting, cold calling, and closing new business. You’ll represent a modern recruitment brand while building a portfolio of clients and earning uncapped commissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and networking
- Build and manage a portfolio of clients across diverse industries
- Present FenixHire’s recruitment solutions with confidence and clarity
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to expand our client base
- Partner with recruiters to deliver successful placements
- Track pipeline activity and revenue performance
- Represent FenixHire with professionalism, urgency, and results-driven energy
Candidate Profile
- Proven success in sales, business development, recruiting, or staffing
- Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive remotely
Compensation & Benefits
- 100% Commission-Only – no base salary or hourly wage
- Top performers earn $85,000 – $180,000+ annually
- Unlimited earning potential with no cap on commissions
