What You'll Do Lead comprehensive deployment and integration of FairMind platform acrosscustomer engineering ecosystems, working hand-in-hand with client teams toarchitect resilient, streamlined workflows and cultivate enduring strategicpartnerships. Serve as the principal technical advisor for customer initiatives, regularly conductingon-site visits to accelerate platform adoption, address sophisticated engineeringobstacles, and minimize customer implementation timelines. Deliver agile solutions to evolving customer requirements, including seamless systemintegrations, diagnosing and resolving critical technical issues across variedtechnology stacks, and pioneering creative applications of FairMind to addressunique customer challenges. Gain comprehensive insight into customer applications and create the necessarytools and resources to facilitate their scalable expansion. Function as a strategic liaison between customers and internal divisions includingProduct, Engineering, Sales and Operations, converting customer insights intoconcrete product enhancements and collaborating seamlessly with cross-functionalteams to execute these improvements with speed and precision. Maintain expertise in emerging software development methodologies, frameworks,and technologies to position FairMind as an industry leader in engineeringautomation and artificial intelligence. What We're Looking For Solid grounding in development methodologies combined with authentic passionfor exploring AI-enhanced development tools and approaches Proven ability to rapidly master emerging technologies, programming paradigms,and software engineering best practices Advanced troubleshooting capabilities, including swift identification, analysis, andresolution of technical obstacles in client-facing environments Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with documentedsuccess in fostering productive collaborations with both technical and businessstakeholders Educational and advocacy expertise with drive to champion innovative developmentmethodologies to clients and the wider developer ecosystem Insatiable curiosity for learning and commitment to constant advancement, both inpersonal capabilities and product value delivery. Must demonstrate initiative, self-direction, and ability to excel in a dynamic, rapidly-evolving startup culture.
