Compensation

• Base Salary: Up to 410,000 + quarterly production bonuses
• Retention Bonus: 30,000 + up to 40,000 annual incentives

Who You Are

• Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics
• Interest in leadership, mentorship, and clinical program development
• Open to stepping into leadership (no prior experience required)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the practicing state
